Somerville, MA: Cardea Technology announced plans to pursue a pilot study of an enhanced version of BoneStation that improves upon its already robust data transfer security. BoneStation 2.0 ASP will be released in the summer of 2007 with no risks to sending and storing sensitive patient data outside of a health care center's firewall and network. This enhancement is significant for smaller bone density practices in that it provides a secure 24/7 hosted solution with full customer service, backup of data, and maintenance services.

BoneStation version 2.0 is expected to be released in July 2007. For more information on BoneStation's functionality, please visit www.bonestation.com.
